Sunrise Reflection – Kiawah Island
This is my interpretation of a photo I took last summer. The sunrise itself was beautiful but the reflection it cast on the clouds was incredible.
Scorpio at Dawn
A dear friend allowed me to paint from her beautiful photo of Scorpio. The photo was taken at dawn on Kiawah Island, a barrier island on South Carolina’s coast.
Late November Sunset
Kiawah Island, a barrier island off the coast of South Carolina, frequently has dramatic sunsets. In this one cirrus clouds reflect the sun’s final burst of light across one of the island’s lagoons.
