Just saw this. Sleeping Bear Dunes are on the northeast coast of Michigan, about 30 miles west of Traverse City. They’re ancient, roughly 6,000-10,000 years old.
You capture this dune perfectly ~ it reminds me of the ones we have on the Oregon Coast, especially the perspective of the angle. Not an easy hike up these things, and of course, the younger kids are ahead of the adults 😂. Did you attempt a climb?
